Kingsdown has an active & vibrant ladies section which is very friendly. Whatever your standard, come and join us for some golf and fun.

Vibrant Section

Ladies Day is Tuesday and these are well supported by all our lady members with a wide range of handicaps. There is a mixture of serious competitive golf along with fun competitions which aim to meet the needs of all our lady members. You can play 9 or 18 holes, and players of all abilities are encouraged to play. Ladies sign up in 3s for tee times between 9.00-11.00 off the 1st Tee. There are loads of other competitions throughout the year – cups/trophies/medals & stablefords – all of which have an alternative day of Saturday or Sunday to allow for working ladies to join in. We also have a number of mixed events throughout the year.

Kingsdown Ladies League Teams

Each team consists of 5 players and here at Kingsdown we have 1 team in the Scratch and 2 in the Handicap Leagues. We also play in the handicap knockout competiiton.

Friendly Matches

We have a number of Ladies friendly matches during the year, and Mixed friendly matches too – these are played against other clubs in Wiltshire & players of all abilities are encouraged to join in. We play with our Club Seniors twice a year.
