During 2009 a total of 537 olf lessons were taken at Kingsdown Golf Club by 311 different pupils.
Of those 311, 297 reduced their handicaps by a combined total of 386.1 shots and/or won competition prizes to the value of £2,786 in vouchers or £5.18 per lesson taken!
The average handicap reduction was 1.3 shots with the greatest reduction being 3.7 !!
Whilst the statistical evidence is clear, what may not be evident is the increased enjoyment and satisfaction derived from the improvements made as a result of these lessons.
